I am not big into snacking – unless cookies and other sweets count – but every now and then I need something savory to hold me over before lunch or dinner. Well my delicious and surprisingly healthy snack for today was the mini sweet peppers I am currently obsessed with and some homemade tzatziki sauce.
I made the tzatziki sauce last week. The base for the sauce is Greek yogurt with a cucumber, dill and garlic to round out the flavor and texture. It was so easy to make and had been great with dinner, pita chips and now peppers.
