Week 1

I am very happy to report that I survived my first week of half marathon training!!! Woot woot 🙂  Only 14 more weeks to go.

Jon, Beau and Bella were kind enough to help me round out my first week of walking (and I am not sure I would have found the motivation today without them).  We walked four miles around our house in 63 minutes – which in my opinion is very good!   Jon provided a lot of support and pushing to get me to the end so quickly!

Looking forward to relaxing recovering at home for the rest of the evening!
